Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Luna Bites, we are committed to delivering our premium chocolates and sweets across the UAE with the utmost care. To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, we manage our own logistics.

1. Delivery Areas & Methods

Coverage: We deliver our products all over the United Arab Emirates.

Courier: All deliveries are handled by our internal logistics department using Luna Bites specialized vehicles to maintain product integrity.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2 Business Days.

Operating Hours: Delivery services are active between 10:00 AM and 08:00 PM.

Accuracy: To avoid any delivery delays, please ensure you provide your full address and accurate contact details at checkout.

3. Delivery Fees

Dubai,Sharjah & Ajman : AED 35.

Abu Dhabi,Ras Al Khaimah,Umm Al Quwain & Al Fujairah : AED 50.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 6 Hours of placing it.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We accept returns within 1 day of delivery only if the packaging has not been opened, the product was damaged during transit, or the wrong item was received.

Please notify us immediately and return the item in its original, tampered-free packaging.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Payment Information

We accept payments using Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED.

Luna Bites does not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
